1. Start a quote — tap + Customer Quote. The wizard walks you through it in seven steps: Customer, Size & Layout, Project Type, Cover Type, Finish & Color, Extras & Notes, then Review & Price.

2. Your info — on the first step, add your company name & phone in the card at the top. It’s remembered and shows up on every quote and material order.

3. Size & custom shapes — on Size & Layout, enter the projection and width, or pick a custom design (house pop-out, stepped front, or both) and lay out each zone with its own size, fans, and LEDs. The top-view sketch updates as you go.

4. Review & price — the last step shows the customer price, your material cost, labor, and profit. Tap the price or labor to adjust, and tap Review materials list to see every part.

5. Save or send — save the quote to reopen later, or send it to the customer. Saved quotes live under the Quotes tab.

6. Schedule — under Schedule, set the appointment and install dates and drop them on your phone calendar.

7. Material orders — once it’s sold, send your material PO to Patio Builder Supply from Open Orders. The Home dashboard tracks what you’ve sold, collected, and still owe for materials.
